Exchange & Return Policy

At Velour Code, customer satisfaction is our priority. We carefully inspect every order before dispatch; however, if you experience any issue with your purchase, we are here to help.

Exchange Eligibility

Products purchased from Velour Code can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase only if:

  • The item received is damaged, faulty, or defective
  • The product delivered does not match the original order or specifications
  • You received the wrong item

To request an exchange, please contact our customer support team within 3 days of delivery with your order details and issue description.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will arrange a replacement after reviewing the claim.

To process your request, you must provide:

  • Clear photographs of the defective item
  • Order number and purchase details
  • Complaint submitted within 3 days of receiving the order

All exchange requests are reviewed individually to ensure a fair resolution.

Exchange Conditions

Exchanges may not be accepted in the following situations:

  • Exchange request submitted after the allowed timeframe
  • Damage caused by misuse, washing, or regular wear
  • Product has been altered or tampered with
  • Missing original tags, labels, packaging, or accessories
  • Items purchased on sale or discounted promotions
  • Accessories or fragrance products

Product Packaging Requirements

For hygiene and quality reasons, certain items cannot be exchanged without original packaging.

Additionally:

  • Product bundles or packs containing multiple items are treated as a single unit and cannot be exchanged partially.

In-Store Exchanges

Items purchased online may be exchanged at selected Velour Code stores where the relevant product category is available, excluding outlet locations.

Refund Policy

Velour Code currently does not offer refunds. Approved claims are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
